I'm having some issues trying to migrate my HyperSpin/RocketLauncher setup from one PC to another. I have everything working on a previous PC with no issues, but when I try to run the same setup on a new PC I'm getting the above error. Same files/directories and everything. I just zipped them up and moved them over.
Not sure what I'm missing. I've seen this error can be from the wrong module and MAME version, but I haven't changed that. I even tried a fresh setup of RocketLauncher with my MAME version and no luck.
I know my MAME version is really old (like .176), but I figured I'd get it running as it was before I try upgrading.
Hopefully someone can give me some ideas or pointers. I'm attaching my troubleshooting level logs.
