Rocket Launcher and Space Ace

1. Daphne works with Dragon's Lair and Space Ace.
2. Dragon's lair runs directly from launching with daphne in RLUI
3. Space Ace runs fine outside RL and in Daphne (as above)
4. Space Ace fails when run from within Rocket Launcher.

Error

Loading ./roms/ace/sa_a3_u1.bin ... 0 bytes read into memory
ROM sa_a3_u1.bin couldn't be found in roms/ace/, or in ./roms/ace.zip

Any recommendations?
